Annie Taylor / Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher
Annie’s teaching style is laid-back, fun, and intentional with the principle goal of leaving your mat feeling better than when you arrived. She loves nature, birdwatching, baking cakes for her friends, reading, singing at the top of her lungs, cookie dough, and queso.

Taylor Burkhead / Vinyasa Katonah Yoga Teacher
Taylor started practicing yoga at 12 years old in her hometown of Las Vegas. She completed my 200 hour teacher training at Kula Yoga Project, and she eager to be a forever student on and off the mat. You can expect playful movement, mindful breathwork, and lots of laughs in her classes.

Anjali / Pilates Sculpt Instructor
Anjali is a 600-hour classically certified Pilates instructor with a passion for blending classical principles with dynamic, athletic flows. With experience at Pure Barre and a background in a physical therapy clinic, she developed a deep understanding of movement and injury prevention. After immersing herself fully in Pilates, she has spent the past year helping clients build strength, control, and confidence. Anjali is excited to bring her energy and expertise to the ASIA YOGA NYC family

Ola Kulus / Hatha Vinyasa Katonah Yoga Teacher
Ola is a dedicated yoga teacher whose journey began in Poland and led her to embrace New York City as her home. Since her teenage years, Ola was drawn to yoga, but it was during college that she fully immersed herself in the practice, dedicating her spare moments to study physical postures and philosophical insights. With over 8 years of personal exploration in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, Ola integrates these styles to create welcoming classes suitable for students at all levels.

Libby has been a regular practitioner of yoga since 2016. A graduate of YogaMaya’s 200 hour teacher training, Libby has loved learning everything from proper alignment on the mat to the Yamas and Niyamas off the mat. She hopes to share a little bit of that knowledge through her own teaching, as well as the feelings of equanimity, ease, and delight she feels each time she practices.

Rainey is deeply passionate about yoga, a practice she began in 2014. She earned her 200-Hour Yoga Certification from the Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina and continues to deepen her knowledge with various teachers in NYC. Drawing from her background in dance, Rainey integrates fluid, intentional movement into her teaching, emphasizing the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Her approach is centered on healing, balance, and creative expression, offering students a transformative experience through movement.

Kalyn resides in Canada on traditional Blackfoot territory, and no matter where she travels, she calls her spirit and creates her home. She completed her BA in dance with a major in ballet from the University of Calgary and Alberta Ballet. Kalyn equally values the teachers from around the world who have guided and nurtured her, inspiring her to see beauty, create inclusion, and embody the spirit of dance and yoga.
